Cacao Ceremony, Medicine Music and Community We open the ceremony with ritual and word, offering an introduction that explains the ritual of preparing and receiving the cacao medicine. Together we weave our words of intention and connect our individual and collective frequencies to the vibration of the cacao. We bless the cacao through a chakra meditation and song to give thanks for the wisdom and messages we will receive from the medicine. With open hearts we share songs, activate the voice (which is our own highest medicine) through toning, sacred mantra, medicine and world songs. We complete the journey with a healing sound bath and closing circle, integrating our experience through sharing, connecting and releasing. Your guide Sandra Orellana Sears is an Intuitive Medicine and Reiki, Yoga Teacher, Sound Healer and Singer. She has studied yoga and energy work across the globe and travels often to refine her practice with elders.
