Dinner and a Movie in celebration of the life and influence of Anthony Bourdain
Few other chefs took the culinary world by storm like Anthony Bourdain. His talent as a chef, writer, and host put him in a league of his own.
In celebration of his life and legacy, a/perture and Young Cardinal Cafe have put together a special dinner and a movie event, with a 4-course menu and exclusive screening of Roadrunner: A Film about Anthony Bourdain.
Guests will enjoy a menu inspired by Brasserie Les Halles, the New York restaurant where Bourdain got his start. Chefs Adam Andrews and David Swing have put together an amazing menu, and promise to share with us how Bourdain has influenced their paths. Doors open at 5:30pm, and dinner service will begin promptly at 6:00pm.
After the meal, attendees will walk just down the street to enjoy a private screening of Roadrunner: A Film about Anthony Bourdain. Described as "an intimate behind-the-scenes look at how an anonymous chef became a world-renowned icon", the documentary is poignant and compelling.
There are a limited amount of tickets available. Parties of less than 4 may be combined.
