Description
Tractor/dozer with operator needed for leveling/grading a 300 by 200 foot dirt pad on property a few minutes outside of Lotus CA.
Area is roughly level, just needs to be worked a little more.
You must provide your own tractor/dozer and operator. You will need to be able to get your tractor/dozer to and from the property and provide your own fuel.
Compensation will be cash.

If you do good work, I have additional dirt moving work available (new dirt road, leveling additional pads).
