We are a property management company, managing approximately 400 homes. This position is working for our in house maintenance contractor. We are looking for a reliable, skilled handyman to do repairs, property turns and some remodeling of our clients homes. Pay is starting between $17 and $22 an hour, depending on experience and skill level. Must have own truck and tools, and have experience with painting, drywall, cooler service, general repairs, home remodeling. Please send resume and work experience for consideration.
