Lost foster dog!

This is Kiba and he escaped my yard this afternoon! He is a foster dog and was rescued from the streets. He is very friendly, but doesn't like his collar being touched. He is in desperate need of a groom which he is scheduled for next week. Please help bring him off the streets again! He has a rescue waiting for him!
