Full Time & Part Time Apartment Maintenance Technician in the Campbell And San Jose area Hard working self-starter needed for community in Campbell. Must have experience in apartment maintenance, including light electrical, plumbing, painting, interior and exterior apartment repairs and janitorial. Must also be available for on-call; live within 45 minutes of the communities and have a valid California Driver’s License and auto insurance; and pass a criminal and DMV background check. Work schedule: Full Time: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Part time: Monday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm and Saturday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm DKD also offers a 25% Employee Housing Discount at any of our Market Rate Properties!
