Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for leading the coordination of moving trucks, resident vehicles, and vendor vehicles in the loading docks/bays and surrounding areas with accuracy, safety, and customer service awareness Direct trucks to specific loading bays and other areas as needed Help oversee all general logistics for truck and vehicle deliveries Monitor and track the safe parking and loading and unloading of moving trucks and resident vehicles Monitor traffic outside of the bays and throughout Angelo’s Alley to ensure the area is always kept clear of vehicles Direct residents to the appropriate move-in/out path per their assigned schedule Clean, sweep, and maintain loading bays and surrounding areas throughout shift as needed Coordinate closely with office staff and move-in coordinator to ensure residents and professional movers understand the process and have reserved a block of time Ensure 100% adherence to schedule and reservation times of loading bays Notify office team and/or Regional Facilities Manager of any issues that may arise Communicate with various co-workers, residents and outside companies via phone, email, and in person Responsible for performing a variety of other duties as needed to support the greater team Assist with administrative and managerial tasks as requested Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to work in and promote a team environment in a fast-paced environment Ability to use a tape measure Working knowledge of typing and other basic computer skills Ability to apply concepts to practical situations, problem solve and think on your feet Ability to multitask and prioritize daily responsibilities Must be able to work in an upright standing position for long periods of time; be able to reach overhead; have full range of mobility in upper and lower body Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. following appropriate safety procedures Must possess strong communications skills and ability to interact with a variety of groups including local officials, building tenants, facilities management Ability to work in different environmental working conditions both indoors and outdoors (majority of time will be spent outside) Minimum Qualifications High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience 2-3 years’ experience in logistics, shipping & receiving or warehouse environment preferred 1-2 years of Supervisory or Lead experience preferred 1-2 years’ experience in property management industry desirable Good written and verbal communication skills Valid CA driver’s license required Must be at least 18 years old Holidays and extended periods of time as needed Weekends required The above statements describe the essential functions and qualifications needed for this position and has been prepared by Trinity to use in planning, staffing, budgeting and/or evaluation of employees.
