Quality checks before home it turned over to new homeowners Final walk through of new homes that are ready to move into for punch list items. • Checking all appliances are working and in good condition • Fit and Finish work is good to excellent • Identify Paint touch ups if necessary • Confirming option/upgrades were installed per specification in purchase of home – tile, carpet, fixtures etc. • Landscaping items completed and sprinklers working condition and set up • Other items as assigned • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal • Attention to detail a must • Must Be Computer, Smart Phone and tablet literate • Construction knowledge a plus
