Chef Celine has redirected her culinary skills to support all kinds of medical conditions. She takes into account diet restrictions and recommendations, then successfully creates nutrient-rich flavourful dishes for all types of required specialty diets. Celine provides in-depth assistance that compliments medical staff & dietitians’ support to help change established lifestyle habits and keep patients on track for a healthier lifestyle.
Dr. Wool will also be speaking about a healthy diet, from a medical perspective. As a Naturopathic MD, Dr. Wool specializes in gut health and focuses on nutrition as a cornerstone of preventative medicine. He has treated patients with a variety of health conditions from autoimmune to celiac’s disease that can benefit from a specific diet.
