Re-homing of 18mo old Chocolate male bulldog

Duke Wilson is 18mo in tack male bulldog. I have DNA results showing he is majority bulldog with less than 10% terrier. My older dog lost his Alpha and Duke Wilson is challenging the old dogs rank.. He gets along with my roommate's American Bully; which is what I thought I purchased with Duke Wilson but was sold a dog that is way more bulldog. He is UTD on his shots, comes with wire kennel, collar, leash. Rehoming fee; I'd like to get back what I got him for.
