60 yo wht male, I slipped on a puddle of water on the floor of the produce dept on June 4th and went down hard. There were two women 1 black 1 white who came to my aid and asked if I was ok, it took me a bit to pull myself up. One woman came up to me and told me have to go directly to customer service and report it which i did, I am now dealing with injuries, ER and medical bills and need either of you as a witness. Please if either of you are reading this I really need your help.
