OM, the cosmic sound of creation. Join us in a powerful group OM chanting circle, waterfall style. Free expression + sounds. If one chants OM alone, or with others, the vibrational sound is felt almost immediately throughout the body. Bringing a sense of clarity + openness. Join us as we come together to chant. Where you’re free to chant in your own OM with your own expression. Keeping the group OM going in a waterfall style. There will be a harmonium keeping one note to keep the foundation, as we move the energy throughout the session. Please bring something comfortable to sit on. We will start promptly at 10 a.m. Ending with a few minutes of silence, to absorb the worked frequency.
