Great changes are coming to the Grand River in the near future with The Whitewater Project. Great changes are coming to the Grand River in the near future with The Whitewater Project. This tour and update will travel along the borders of the Grand River from Bridge Street to Ann Street (via Trolleys) to learn about the recreational opportunities that will come from restoring the rapids as well as important economic benefits from a more vibrant downtown. We'll meet at the Fish Ladder for an overview and then take two trolleys to see and hear about the upcoming changes.
