Small job. You need to provide the rototiller. I need about one or two inches of dirt rototilled up so I can plant a lawn. Area is about the size of a living room. Maybe 200 sq feet. Ground is not hard. $25 per hour with a guaranteed of 2 hours minimum. Property is in Woodland.
