Local company has job opening for a Painter / or Painter trainee. JOB DUTIES: majority of work involves vacant apartment interior painting and some exterior painting. Preference will be given to applicant with painting and sprayer experience. Must have clean driving record!!! (will need to provide copy of current DMV printout before interview) JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Self motivated, punctual, detail oriented, and able to work independently. - Ability to gain knowledge about safety practices and procedures. - Ability to lift and carry equipment and supplies such as large buckets, tools, equipment, ladders. - Clean DMV, no DUI's! We will require a copy of DMV printout prior to interview. Our employees are expected to be ethical and honest and to represent the company with the highest standards.
