We are a subsidiary of Ace Hardware Corp and are looking for talented, multi-skilled tradesmen who are committed to quality work and customer service. Someone who possesses a strong will to complete all tasks assigned in a timely and professional manner. Must have good technology skills to use our dispatch application. We need an independent thinker with strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills. Our typical jobs are door/window repairs, screens repairs, drywall patches, carpentry, a running toilet, broken tile or wall or a changing a light fixture, etc., The demand is consistent and all year-round. Requirements: Must own a truck or van in a good working condition. The truck or van should be insured. Must have a driver license current. Must own a standard set of tools to perform the work. Must have track record as a carpenter/craftsman Home inspection knowledge is a plus. A good overall knowledge of all trades: Plumbing Carpentry Tile Electrical Painting Proper Equipment: Not necessarily having every tool, but knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks. Trabaje con nosotros con W2 o 1099. Ofrecemos $50 por hora para comenzar que incluye subsidio de teléfono y subsidio de transporte, bonos cada seis meses por desempeño, oportunidad de trabajar independientemente medio tiempo o tiempo completo, trabajo de lunes a viernes de 8am a 5pm y oportunidades de crecimiento dentro de la compañía. Requerimientos mínimos: - Debe poseer van o camioneta en buenas condiciones. - La camioneta o van debe estar asegurada. - Debe tener licencia de conducir vigente. - Debe tener experiencia trabajando en plomería, electricidad, muros, baldosas, carpintería, cambio de puertas y ventanas, y pintura entre otros. - Nuestros trabajos más comunes son reparaciones de puertas/ventanas, reparaciones de mosquiteros, reparación de muros, trabajos de carpintería, cambio de inodoros, remover o instalar baldosas, cambio de luces, pintura y más.
