Press release from Kendall County Sheriff's Office: 07/02/2021 3:37 AM 07/01/21 2021-1802, In-State Warrant: On 07-01-21 at 6:49 p.m., sheriff's deputies arrested James Christopher Dwight, a 52-year-old male from the 8000 block of Van Emmon Road, for a DeKalb County failure to appear warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol.  Bond on the warrant was $10,000 with 10% to apply.  Dwight was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing. 2021-1802, In-State Warrant:   The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
