Experienced Fundraiser Needed

We are looking for an experienced fundraiser, to raise funds for a private fundraiser, currently based on Fundly, and with a Facebook, and Twitter page. This is for a medical procedure that needs to be done at a local facility, we have already contacted, and gotten the base cost information for. This is on a straight 20% commission, and will be payable in full, at the end of the fundraising endeavor. Fundraising goal, inclusive of commission, is 11,000. We need someone who is experienced in this field, and is aware from your experience you have what it takes to manage the platforms, fundraise ethically, substantiate the need, and verify the authenticity of this endeavor.
