Description
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for working closely with our Office Manager to assist with a variety of tasks and responsibilities. This is a great learning opportunity in a growing company.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Assisting the Office Manager with various assigned tasks
Light shipping and receiving associated with computer equipment
Inventory management and record keeping
Document organization
Running Marketing campaigns and making follow up calls
Product quoting
Answer incoming telephone calls and assist callers with a wide variety of needs or direct calls to an appropriate team member
Assist with AP/AR responsibilities.
Assisting the Office Manager with various assigned tasks
Support others within the organization as needed
Unbox and follow procedures for new computer deployments
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Microsoft Word and Excel
Basic accounting skills
Basic computer knowledge (internet, email, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary negotiable based on experience and expertise.
