CONCORD, NH — Justin R. Stenroos, born 1984, of Pittsfield was arrested at 6:21 p.m. on June 10, 2021, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge and misuse-fail to display plates violation after an incident at 15 Hall St. Mark Allen Harmon, born 1971, of Concord was arrested at 6:29 p.m. on June 10 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident on Rockingham Street. Donald Gilbert, born 1991, of Tilton was arrested on a warrant at 3:48 p.m. on June 10 after an incident at Harbor Freight on Loudon Road. John A. Lawver, 28, of Manchester was arrested at 2:15 p.m. on June 10 on stalking, driving after revocation or suspension, breach of bail, and two theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000, from a motor vehicle charges after an incident on Fisherville Road. He has an active felony drug possession-subsequent case out of Alexandria in superior court. Cory Richard Merrill, born 1993, of Concord was arrested at 1:25 p.m. on June 10 on a warrant after an incident on Village Street. Erick M. Roberts, born 1997, of New Hampton was arrested at 11:54 a.m. on June 10 on a bench warrant after an incident at Beefside on Manchester Street. Cory A. Bernard, 39, of Berlin was arrested at 10:02 a.m. on June 10 on three warrants. He was arrested after an incident at the Best Western on Hall Street. Jessica Duplak, born 1993, of Concord was arrested at 7:04 a.m. on June 10 on possession of a controlled drug, simple assault, and domestic violence-simple assault charges. She was arrested after an incident on Bonanza Drive. Carl D. Soderberg, born 1968, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 1:09 a.m. on June 10 on criminal trespass and breach of bail charge. Officers were requested for a welfare check of Soderberg who had left his homeless camp around sunset and had not been seen or heard from since. They received a tip that he might be at an apartment on Concord Street he was previously trespassed from. When they arrived at the apartment, they spoke with a tenant, who confirmed Soderberg was inside, sleeping, an affidavit stated. Soderberg, the report said, told officers he was involved in an argument at the camp and was cooling off. He also knew he was trespassed from the apartment, the affidavit stated, by the property manager in late January. He was arrested and held without bail. Anthony Glenn Sanborn, 38, received a summons at 10:47 a.m. on May 24 on an operating without a valid license charge after an incident at 74 Fisherville Road. Thomas P. Turck, 44, of Manchester was arrested at 8:29 a.m. on May 24 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. Jeffrey R. Vachon, born 1963, of Penacook was arrested at 6:52 p.m. on April 28 on receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident at Ocean State Job Lot on D'Amante Drive. John Richard Mahon, 56, of Concord was arrested at 6:24 p.m. on April 28 on felony possession of a controlled drug, driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent, and disobeying an officer charges on Rockingham Street. He is due in Merrimack County Superior Court for arraignment on July 15. Dylan John Bill, born 1998, of Concord was arrested at 5:48 p.m. on April 28 on criminal trespass and breach of bail charges after an incident at the Storrs Street Garage on Storrs Street. Nicole Alison Flood, 31, of Concord was arrested at 12:10 p.m. on April 28 on three warrants and a bench warrant as well as a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road and a criminal trespass charge after an incident at Jo Ann Fabrics on Storrs Street. Two of the warrants were connected to active drug and stolen property change cases in superior court. Pierce Makuen Osgood, 24, of Concord was arrested at 10:42 p.m. on April 27 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident on Warren Street.
