Additional opportunities soon to be available… ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lawn Crew Drivers | Workers will consistently support the primary role and function of their respective crew ** Lawn Crew Drivers | Workers will perform the following duties: - Mowing, Edging, Weed Eating, Blowing off of Properties - Operate landscape maintenance equipment with the skill to satisfactorily perform assigned tasks etc. - Assess the pre and post conditions of properties pertaining to assigned tasks and report varying conditions, in need of detailed evaluation and elevated attention, to Field Manager / Supervisor or Director of Operations. JOB REQUIREMENTS: (Education, Training, Experience) • At least 1-2+ yrs of industry or industry related experience in FL, not essential and will train (bi-lingual is a +) • Desirer to learn while taking pride in his or her work • Ability to follow instructions accurately & detail oriented • Common plant knowledge is a plus • Must have reliable transportation to and from work • Lead Lawn Crew Driver roles will require a valid Fl. Driver License COMPENSATION: Compensation is based on experience with the opportunity for growth. The workweek is Monday -- Friday with weekend exceptions do to seasonal growth cycles, weather conditions and new accounts. The day starts at 7:30 am and ends around 5:00 pm depending on workload.
