Looking for a lead vocalist for hard rock band

Hey All, We have a hard rock band going (guitarist, drummer, and bassist/backup vocals) and need a lead singer. We are based out of Portland and rent a small practice space there. We do mostly originals with a few covers. Our influences are classic hard rock to heavy metal to grunge. Zep, AC/DC, ZZ Top, Van Halen, Aerosmith, Hendrix, Metallica, GNR, Pearl Jam, STP, Alice In Chains, etc… We strive to practice twice a week together but often it is only once, and we do our homework between jams. We are laid back, light drinking, nonsmoking. We’re in our late 40s and early 50s so if you’re looking to go out on a world tour, this probably isn’t your group! We’re looking for someone who is ready to put the work in on their own and come to rehearsal prepared. Everyone in the band has creative license and input on originals, it’s a collaborative effort. Must be willing to listen to each other and bring great positive energy to the group. If you lead a very busy lifestyle, travel a lot, and/or don’t have a lot of free time, it probably won’t work out. We will be looking to play out once we find the right lead singer and get them up to speed. Come jam on a few of the covers we do and see if it’s the right fit!
