Responsibilities: • Provides basic maintenance support. • Interacts with customers, facilities, and outside vendors. • Answers phones and carries emergency cell phone during shift. • Operates simple tools. • Assists in parts ordering process. • Directs outside vendors as necessary. Requirements: • 1+ years of industry related field experience with equipment maintenance. • Diagnose, repair and perform preventative maintenance of various types of equipment including: o Chillers, Stem Boilers o Air Handling Units o Cooling Towers o VAV Boxes o Pumps o Wet Systems o Air Compressors • Excellent verbal, written communication and customer relation skills. • Have the ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds. • Must have valid state motor vehicle license with safe driving record. • Must be able to obtain access to Military Bases and pass a pre-employment drug screen. • This position may require night shifts, weekends, and alternative work schedules.
