Plus, a $14.63 benefit package per hour worked. Journeymen Commercial Roofer • Pay starts at $30.05 per hour. Plus, an $18.65 benefit package per hour worked. Foremen Commercial Roofer • Pay starts at $34.56 per hour. Plus a $18.65 benefit package per hour worked. Commercial Roofer with CDL • Additional $2.00 increase to your hourly wage rate. Commercial Roofer with Crane License • Additional pay per hour.
