About this Position SeeScan is seeking a Repair Technician/Assembler to add to our amazing, and growing, team. We’re looking for someone who is smart and motivated, enjoys working with their hands and has good manual dexterity, likes learning new things, and who shows up to work with a good attitude. The primary function of this role is to repair mechanical and electronic components and subassemblies on our SeeSnake plumbing diagnostic cameras and push cables. No prior experience is required (but if you have relevant experience, that’s great too). We’re really looking for someone who has the drive and ability to learn the ropes and do a good job! Daily Duties • Troubleshoot, repair, and re-assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical components and assemblies • Track inventory used during the repair process • Use a wide variety of hand tools • Perform functional and other tests on repaired equipment • Perform other related duties as assigned About You • Good at and enjoy working with your hands • Desire to learn new things • Team player, solid communicator • Responsible, good work ethic • Good attitude Desired Skills and Experience This is a sampling of the type of skills and experience we’d like to see in our ideal candidate. If you don’t check off all the boxes, that’s okay – we’re more interested in hiring someone who will be the right fit for our community and who demonstrates the capability to learn. • Capable of following procedures and meeting quality and safety standards • Able and willing to learn how to use of a wide variety of hand tools and test equipment • Basic computer proficiency is desired • Able to work in a fast-paced environment • Prior experience working on and troubleshooting electro-mechanical/mechanical components and/or subassemblies is a bonus, but not required!
