Description
Deck is 820 sqft plus seven stairs and 70' railing. Deck surface and railing has been surface cleaned but will need a mild stripper and brightener with some sanding on railing. After drying a few days 2 coats of semi transparent stain can be applied. For more details feel free to text and I will send some pics. Thanks.
