Guitarist and Bassist Wanted for Original Indie Project Requirements: decent to pro gear, ages 25-50, gender not important, ability to rehearse weekly and gig once a month once we are up and running, ability to take direction (while still getting to be creative). Influences: The Strokes, Mitski, Future Islands, Magnetic Fields, Rostam, Angel Olsen, Vampire Weekend, Grizzly Bear, Dum Dum Girls, Alvvays, LCD Soundsystem, Neutral Milk Hotel, Graveyard Club, Crocodiles etc. The band goal is to create some fun, poppy, swaggering, sexy original tunes around the song skeletons I create. I'm a songwriter / vocalist / guitarist / keyboardist with a low bass voice. You might have heard of my other band, Hearts Fail, but this project would be something totally different and a lot lighter.
