Property Management company is looking for a porter to join the sanitation team at our main office - Minimum of 1 year experience in commercial custodial services a must - Sweep, mop, clean and buff hallways, stairwells, windows, lobby, sidewalk, etc - Remove garbage/recycling from trash/common areas - Periodically inspect the building and grounds for any repairs, debris, etc - Report required repairs to manager Requirements: • Valid Driver’s License • Have car to be used for work • Authorized to work in the US • Available to work Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm *$15/hr; depending on experience If interested please call or text (213) 399-3454
