Hello! I have an incredible studio available for 1450 / month on a lease that ends in February 2022. The space is flexible (open floor-plan). Option to keep the large table/desk space that seats 8 in the picture (I'll give you a low cost!) Two out of four walls are windows, and there's tons of indirect sunlight coming from one of them. At roughly 20x20 feet with high ceilings and a concrete floor, it's perfect for all sorts of uses. There is also a slop sink inside the studio, a buzzer system, and heating/cooling unit. It is located on the ground floor, the building itself also has a freight elevator available if needed. Bathrooms are right down the hall. Interior courtyard right down the hall too. Not usable for music production. Available immediately. Looking to find someone to complete the remaining months of my lease here with the studio. The option to renew at the end of the lease would be available. Beautiful and safe building. Very responsive management (they are on the second floor so always within reach).
