I am a 32-year-old straight male, who works full time with animals outside. Because life has decided it enjoys picking on me, I am in desperate need of help. As I said I work full-time, I'm just looking for any place or any way I can escape the heat when I'm not at work. I thought I could handle it but I can't, that's why I'm asking for anybody's help. please 🙏
