Small drywall, mud and texture job

Description

I would like to replace the lower half of the corner of my family room walls with drywall. It currently has paneling on it that is not backed by drywall. It is a small job. there is about 20 feet of half sheet paneling to remove and the same amount of drywall to install. The baseboard heat exchanger is nailed through the paneling. I may be able to help remove the nails. The door and sidelights also need to be mudding and textured. References will be required. Thanks for considering the work opportunity.
