Hi! My fiance and I will be getting married in Grand Lake this August 21st. I am planning my wedding myself and have realized that in order to enjoy the big day, we need a little support! (Yes, I realize the late notice!). We are staying at a large VRBO lodge with a reception space. Catering, photography, photobooth, bartender, officiant, and hair/make-up are figured out. We will be married about 5 minutes from the home. Basically, I would be looking for someone who can meet the rental company at the ceremony site to set up the ceremony, then supervise the vendors at the house for set up of the reception. There may be some light table decoration/set up required, but all major furniture placement and decoration will be complete. We would also be looking for the coordinator to manage the back end of the ceremony, by managing the order of go during the processional and assuring songs are changed during processional/recessional, etc. We are a super easy going couple, so if you were not able to be on site throughout the entire event, that is fine.... we just want to be sure our ceremony and start of our reception are rocking and rolling.
