We specialize in commercial, residential, storage, and RV Lots from Coeur d Alene to Rathdrum Idaho. We currently owner manage 400+ units. We are a small team that is like family, and we would love to have you join us. We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Rathdrum. We are seeking someone skilled in Storage/Mobile Home Maintenance. You would be working on 3 different properties. The properties are about 2 to 5 miles apart. You would be responsible for turning mobile home units, repairing storage doors, general property maintenance and work orders. If you are someone with these skills we would love to talk to you.
