I have a property in Williamsburg I'm offering $20/hr for someone to help out with routine tasks like weed whacking, snow removal, possibly light handyman stuff like indoor painting, and even random stuff like giving someone a ride when their car is in the shop. I already have a tenant who does most of these jobs but he's sometimes gone for stretches or already busy Right now weed-whacking is the most constant concern -- we'll weed whack to the ground and then there's a big rain and it's back in 3 days! Ideally you would be available for urgent/same-day help for a higher $ rate (for example, if there's an insane nor'easter coming and we know for sure we need another hand on deck for shoveling). Please provide 1-2 references--or if you've got a web presence (website/FB page/whatever) then it's fine to just send a link. Thanks!
