House repair work needed

I need the following work done on houses that I own (I might give several jobs on the same house to different people, based on their offers and expertise): House 1: Centreville, VA, 20121 1) Stop water leak (during rainstorms) from sliding glass door House 2: Centreville, VA, 20120 1) Repair/replace crumbling tile by bathtub controls - will need new drywall in area, too 2) Repair/replace rotting upper trim on second floor window (will obviously need a long ladder) House 3: Annandale, VA, 22003 1) Fix flat roof leak - just one area, as far as I know - possibly rubber roof, so may need special coating (I have a can, and live right next door to the house) - will need a ladder, but this is only a single story house Big plus: Able to start work right away - look at the problem, give me a quote, solve the problem. I pride myself in providing fast, excellent service to my rental customers. Please don't panic if I don't get back to your response immediately - my posts typically get a lot of response, and it takes me a while to work through them. Other plusses: Expertise, experience, friendliness (please call me Fred), ability to take on other similar jobs in the future, as well as longer term projects, like whole house turnover, willingness to travel as far south as Stafford Courthouse (but typically not south of Woodbridge), to other houses in Fairfax County and Manassas. And, of course, reasonable price is always a plus. Possible occasional trips (if you agree to it) to Orange County, VA.
