McBee Construction Company is hiring for a Heavy Equipment Operator Supervisor position. You will be the supervisor for our heavy machinery team and install underground utilities. Responsibilities: - Coordinate, schedule, and lead Equipment Operator team. - Install storm sewers and city sewers. - Install city and public water lines. - Perform backfilling and grading operations to specified grade. - Operate heavy equipment such as a Track hoe, Loader, Dozer, Compactor, Blade, Skid steer, Mini, and other heavy equipment. - Able to read and understand blueprints. - Work with Foreman as to daily tasks and expectations for each specific project or job site. Lead Equipment Operator team to accomplish daily tasks, project, and job sites on time and budget. - Train and lead team to follow all OSHA regulations for safe working procedures and environment including wearing personal protective equipment. - Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements: - Equipment Operator Management experience: 3 years (Preferred) - Heavy Equipment Operator experience: 5 years (Preferred) - Reading cuts/fills experience: 5 years (Preferred) - Be able to work overtime when required. - Be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary.
