I'm looking to hire an a weekly/bimonthly yard and basic exterior home maintenance person. It would be a wide variety of work including but not limited to lawn care, weeding both manually and with a trimmer, some light landscaping, string trimmer for sidewalks/ivy/brush, light tree and bush trimming, raking, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, deck cleanup, garage cleanup/organize, some caulking or other home maintenance, exterior paint touch-ups - and other similar or odd jobs. I'll provide the equipment so you don't have to bring anything but yourself. If you prefer using your own equipment that's fine too. Completely separate, and definitely not required for the aforementioned gig - if you happen to have some expertise or experience with carpentry, drywall repair, kitchen flooring install, shingle repair or painting then please tell me about your handy abilities and level of expertise with any of the aforementioned. Also separately, I’m very interested in experienced skilled/strong carpenters for some home and deck repairs. I'm interested in persons with a clean record who are able-bodied, trustworthy, dependable, is able to make time for this on roughly a weekly or bimonthly basis for the rest of the Summer/Fall season, and can productively work independently with little direction.
