Kittens need rescue or help

A feral cat had 5 kittens they are around 6 weeks old and need desperately helped they are very skinny fleas and eye infections in 4. I’m sure they have worms, I’ve contacted many rescues and none can take them Is anyone able to help these babies out, it’s hot outside and they need help before they die I’m unable to provide shelter as I have dogs that would hurt them, I’ve been feeding them but they need vet care If anyone can take all 5 I’d greatly appreciate it I’m in Northern Kentucky Please email if you can take them in
