Help lifting some furtniture

Need help carrying the following: - Small loveseat (up two flights of stairs, from garage to bedroom) - queen bed frame (no stairs, just moving from garage to ground level bedroom) - possibly a third item, a small dining table, from garage to second floor Looking for either one person to lift with me, or 1-2 people to lift on their own.
