Need a hard worker for yardwork , some labor and cleaning outdoors

I am looking for 1 to 2 people HARDWORKING people to hire for some yard work, and clean up at a property in evergreen park, around 9500 south Kedzie ave This can possibly be every week if you can make it here to upkeep the property with grass cutting and misc cleanup, some painting, and yard work. I have all the needed equipment to get the work done at each property. You will just need to get yourself here every week and work hard without too much direction and just get things done. I also have other buildings and projects that I may use your help with if you are good and available to get it done. If you are available today I can put you to work for a few hours until sundown at 8:30 pm. I am looking for someone all day on Saturday to clean and do more yard work at the same property. If you respond and have transportation and will show up if you say you are going to, I'm cool as hell but we have work to do so I'll treat you fair if you do the same and work hard for it. It's $12 per hour cash and if you have skills to do some carpentry, easy stuff, I'll pay you more but right now it's just labor and clean up until I find the right guys here. thank you and congrats on being healthy enough to get to look for work today!
