STOLEN: Schwinn Women's Legacy 26" Cruiser Bike

My white and blue Schwinn Women's Legacy 26" Cruiser Bike (matching the catalogue picture here) was stolen on 6/28/21 around 1pm from Arbor Forest Apartments in East Lansing. This is the 2nd bike stolen (locks cut) from this apartment complex in 2 weeks, likely by the same individual, and the police are involved. A witness to the theft described the suspect as an older man who is thin and under 6', non-white, bald, with scruffy grey facial hair (like he hadn't shaved in a few days) and carrying a draw string backpack. My bike is in like new condition (just a bit dusty when stolen) and has plastic reflectors on the front and back (one between the handle bars and one under the seat).
