I am looking for a experienced Bbq cook to hire for a catering event. July 10th 2-7pm ish. Cooking chicken and veggies for 80 people for a wedding. Duties will include setting up Santa Maria style bbq, lighting the fire (oak wood) bbq food and help with any other cooking duties I need help with. Must have experience with working with Santa Maria style bbq and oak wood. Catering and/or restaurant experience a must. References or resume please. Will pay good, $25-30 per hour. I need a pro!!!!
