This opportunity offers comprehensive chemical solutions to meet the needs of our customers in the food service and hospitality industries. After completing an initial training program, you will be assigned a territory. As a Route Manager, you will be the face of our company, providing recommendations on advanced cleaning and sanitation processes and programs that drive a positive guest experience and create cleaner, safer, and healthier environments. The right candidate will reside within 30 miles of North Austin. What we provide: Hands on training program Following the completion of training, you are able to grow your income as you drive sales in your market Manage your schedule in a flexible, independent work environment Receive a decaled company vehicle for business use Medical, Dental and Vision insurance plans offered Uniformed Company Shirts Bi-Weekly Compensation Commission is paid every 4 weeks on paid invoices Bonus is paid for weeks "On-Call" Job Expectations: Review sales goals consistently and grow sales within the existing territory of food service and hospitality accounts Apply your mechanical aptitude to install, repair and perform maintenance on ware washing, laundry and housekeeping equipment and systems Learn customers’ dishwashing systems and come up with solutions on advanced cleaning and sanitation processes and programs Leverage your hands-on, mechanical service combined with our sales approach to enhance our total value to the customer Abstain from all drugs while employed with our company and refrain from drinking during the work day and while on call Practice good driving skills and maintain positive driving record Provide emergency service to appreciative customers in a timely manner Demonstrate safe equipment use, ensuring that your customers’ facilities are fully operational and teams are properly trained Maintain accurate inventory of parts and products on vehicle Keep up with vehicle maintenance and service requirements Collect money from customers on unpaid orders Ability to handle physical workload Ability to be on-call nights and weekends Work as a team player to help advance the company Preferred Qualifications: Service industry mechanical experience (e.g. refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, HVAC, electrician, plumbing, and/or military experience) Customer service experience where you have directly interfaced with customers Previous business to business commercial sales experience Industry related experience in food service, laundry, housekeeping, and/or hospitality Bi-lingual a plus
