Cleaning Specialist (Missoula) Join our team! Peak Maintenance Inc is hiring a part-time cleaning specialist. This position will likely become full time as the workload increases throughout the season. Cleaning Specialists perform a wide variety of cleaning tasks such as, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, spot cleaning, trash collection and removal, vacuuming and dusting, cleaning kitchen appliances, bathrooms, windows, and light fixtures. We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented individual to help clean our residential homes and commercial office spaces. This position involves entering tenants homes both occupied and unoccupied. We will not hire those with a criminal history or prior sexual or violent offense. We do thorough background screening for potential candidates before hiring. -A valid driver’s license is required. -A reliable vehicle is required. -Ability to verbally communicate effectively with co-workers, property owners and renters of properties where work is performed.
