MarketPlace Realty, LLC has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician! We manage over 350+ single family homes, duplexes, triplexes, and condos across the Denver-Metro area. Our ideal candidate is excellent with multi-tasking, has experience with scheduling make ready's, scheduling and completing work orders with tenants, and a can-do attitude to get the job done! You will also know how to repair almost anything. Included but not limited to sheetrock to drywall patching, painting, appliance repair, electrical, plumbing work, HVAC etc. Candidate will also need a reliable vehicle, valid auto insurance, and their own basic tools.
