Maxus Properties is seeking to hire a Housekeeper for Landmark Grandview Apartments in San Antonio, Texas. Spanish speaking is preferred. Duties include, but are not limited to: Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen area Cleaning leasing office Washing windows and coverings including blinds Vacuuming, cleaning, and sweeping floor surfaces Using, monitoring, and taking inventory of any cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and other cleaning tools, report inventory to Manager for ordering Keeping bathrooms (toilets, showers, tubs, counters, and sinks) cleaned and stocked with toiletries, and other supplies Cleaning mirrors and other glass surfaces Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste Tidying up models Reporting any necessary repairs or replacements Education: High School diploma, GED or related experience and/or training. Experience in the Property Management industry is preferred. Qualifications: Ability to climb stairs, lift up to weight of supplies and equipment, proficiency in reading, writing, critical thinking, problem-solving, and verbal communications. Must hold a valid Driver’s License. Familiarity with Fair Housing and commitment to abiding by all Fair Housing regulations.
