Condominium complex Maintenance Technician (Ventura) compensation: 18-24hr employment type: full-time We are currently seeking a qualified Maintenance Tech. This is a one day a week job, maybe more. Compensation is based upon experience. Qualified candidate will have great customer service skills, 3-5 years' experience in apartment maintenance, problem-solving skills, and clear communication skills. As a Maintenance Technician you will be directly working with all technical aspects of our condominium community.
