FOUND bicycle at Founder’s Park in Castle Rock

Noticed a bike a couple days ago sitting at Founders Park in Castle Rock. Last night, noticed someone had taken the pedals plus popped off the front wheel so decided to bring home (it’s also been sitting in multiple rain storms this week). It’s a Specialized bike. You tell me the color and describe all the stickers on it. Want to get it to the original owner. Hard to tell if it’s a woman’s bike or kids bike. Also looking up if I need to drop off at the police station, not sure how this stuff works. - If it sounds like your lost (stolen?) bike, please email with descriptions and photos if possible!
