Looking for a person that has maintenance experience to add to my make ready/apartment turn crew. Must know light plumbing, painting, light electrical, drywall repair and cleaning. Were fast pace and need someone that can keep up. Its monday through friday 9:30am to 6:30pm. Pay is every two weeks but lately we have been able to pay every week. The first week its 100 a day which gives you time to learn how I like things done. After the first week if your kept you will increase to 120 a day. After 60 days of unemployment you will increase to 140. A day. If you move too slow, talk too much or don't know what your doing you will be sent home so don't waste your or my time. Phone use while at work has to be kept to a Minimum unless on break or on lunch. Any other questions or concerns feel free to ask.
