Kings Cross Automotive is a family-owned auto repair shop looking to add a full-time Shop Assistant to our team. This position offers 40 hours per week and great potential to grow your professional skills.
Available shift is from 9am-6pm Monday-Friday
What we are looking for in a candidate:
-Positive attitude and eager to learn
-Team player with excellent customer service skills
-Cleanliness and attention to detail
-Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
As one of 3 Shop Assistants, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
-Running shop errands (picking up parts, shuttling clients) using a company vehicle
-Assisting technicians and service manager as needed
-Maintaining common and customer lounge areas
-Sanitizing throughout shift
-Trash and recycling management
-Sweeping and general shop cleaning
-Closing shop
*Frequent standing and heavy lifting is required*
